SELF CHECK-IN TERMS

These Self Check-In Terms apply to customers using the self check-in system provided by Maxiple to submit device details, service requests, or AMC-related information for laptop, computer and MacBook repair services and IT support.


Purpose of Self Check-In

The self check-in facility allows customers to independently submit required information to initiate repair, AMC, or technical support services.


Customer Responsibilities

By using the self check-in system, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete device and issue details

  • Verify all submitted information before final submission

  • Backup personal data before submitting devices for repair

  • Cooperate during verification or follow-up if required

Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to service delays or rejection.


System Availability

Maxiple strives to keep the self check-in system accessible at all times. However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed due to technical, maintenance, or network-related issues.


Misuse of System

Any misuse of the self check-in system, including submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information, may result in service denial or cancellation.


Service Delays

Maxiple shall not be responsible for delays or issues caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information submitted through the self check-in system.


Limitation of Liability

Maxiple’s responsibility is limited to processing the information provided by the customer. Maxiple is not liable for any loss or damage arising due to user errors during self check-in.

Maxiple reserves the right to update these Self Check-In Terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective once published on this page.
